Community Outreach
Mission is in the DNA of Trinity Church. For many years the church has supported missions overseas as well as here at home, with a special focus on Word ministries such as PCI training in Ministry, Wycliffe Bible Translators and locally CEF.
The Vine
“I am the Vine, you are the branches: He who abides in Me and I in him bears much fruit for without me you can do nothing… Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me” ~ John 15 v 1 & 4
Coffee Morning
“Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by doing so some people have entertained angels without knowing” ~ Hebrews 13 v 2.
Coffee mornings happen on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month where we meet from 10:30am - 12 noon for a cuppa and a chat with friends or even the opportunity to make some new ones too.
Friendship Lunch
The Friendship Lunch is held on the third Tuesday of each month from September until June. This group provides the opportunity to make new friends or to provide a listening ear for those who need it most. We endeavour to make everyone welcome and encourage folks who come to share fellowship with others and make them feel welcome too.
Choir & Praise Band
Trinity is a church which loves to sing! Our church choir is faithfully attended each week when we rehearse pieces for our festival services - Harvest, Christmas and Easter. We always love seeing new faces at choir practice so if you are free on a Thursday night at 8pm and love to sing, you will be made most welcome! No prior experience is required.
The praise band plays at a variety of services throughout the year and if your gift is music, then look no further. Our musical director is able to orchestrate sheet music for whatever instrument you can play so if you would like to find out more click the button below!
Trinity Presbyterian Church Bowling Club is open to all ages within or outside of our congregation. We started bowling in 1965 and are still going strong so if you would like to give bowls a try, find out more below.
